Co-founder, Lucas Tomoana

Hi, I’m Lucas Tomoana, a Camera Operator working on feature films, TV shows, and commercials. With 18 years in the industry, I’ve experienced both the highs of success and the challenges of finding my way. I’m also the co-founder of Film Tips Pro.

When I first graduated from film school, I stumbled through the industry, making mistakes and often feeling lost about which direction to take. I learned many lessons the hard way and frequently found myself asking, “Why wasn’t I taught this?” Eventually, I realized it was up to me and my peers to share those lessons.

That’s why I started this company—to help the next generation of filmmakers and, in a way, to guide my younger self.

Hi! I’m Deb, one of the creative minds behind Film Tips Pro. With 16 years in the creative industries, I’m an entrepreneur, designer, and now co-founder of Film Tips Pro. I’ve always loved helping creatives and connecting people through stories in my design work, so partnering with L.T. to do the same in film felt like a natural fit.
