CENTRAL LOADER WORKSHOP
Join us for an intensive Central Loader Workshop, where you’ll master the vital role of the central loader within a camera team through a real-world, on-location simulation.
The central loader—sometimes referred to as a truck loader—is a key member of the camera department. They assist with logistics under the guidance of the A Cam 1st AC and play a pivotal role on set, supporting 2nd ACs and stepping in when needed.
This hands-on workshop is designed to immerse participants in the challenges of working on a film set, offering valuable experience in diverse conditions and preparing you for success in this critical role.
What’s included in the workshop:
Real-world scenario: Experience an on-location simulation to understand the central loader's role in a film shoot.
Camera truck operations: Learn how to work out of a camera truck and manage the logistics of camera gear.
Basic 2nd AC skills: Gain essential skills for stepping in as a 2nd AC when required.

TELESCOPIC CRANE WORKSHOP
Join us for an immersive Telescopic Crane Workshop, where aspiring camera operators and grips will be taught by experienced camera operators, dolly grips, crane techs, and head techs. This hands-on workshop will provide you with the essential skills to excel in crane operation on set.
What’s included in the workshop:
Theory session: Learn from experienced crane and head techs about the specifications of Servicevision's renowned telescopic cranes. This session will also cover the building, balancing, and lining-up process, providing you with essential hands-on knowledge and skills.
Hands-on training: Collaborate with the Grip and Camera Departments to build and balance the crane, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the process.
